How to use our Services
Using our services is easy. Read all the pages under the info tab to familiarise yourself with our operation. After you've done that you can simply navigate your way through the 8mm and 16mm tabs to purchase film, processing and scanning individually or as bundles. If you have any trouble just drop us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and we can lend a hand. After you've found the product you require add it to the basket and checkout. After payment has cleared you'll receive an order number via email. Simply pop this order number on some paper with your name, address and film and post it to us. We'll process your order as soon as humanly possible and return it after the work is completed.

This year we are closing on the 17th of December 2019 at 1pm. This will be the final deadline for the year. We will be opening again on the 2nd of January 2020. No processing or scanning work will be carried out over the Christmas break so please take this into consideration. We will work hard to try and get as much film through the lab before the holiday but we are currently within the 4 week window before closing so no guarantees film will be processed and scanned and returned before Christmas. Please feel free to place orders and send film as usual over the holiday. All film sent to us will go to our local post office and all orders will be dispatched once we return on the 2nd of January 2020.
We have a rolling 4 week turnaround and set a deadline every Tuesday at 1pm for processing/scanning. Make sure your film arrives before the deadline or you might have to wait longer. If you're posting film to us the day before make sure you send it via Special Delivery by 1pm. Please note 4 weeks is the max amount of time you will have to wait. Actual turnaround time can be anywhere between 2-4 weeks depending on how busy we are. Film will be developed/scanned within the 4 week window and posted back to you. Please also wait a few extra days so that the return post can reach you as well.
We DO NOT send you a message to confirm your parcel has arrived at the lab. We no longer track orders internally in an attempt to keep admin cost and time down to a minimum. This allows us to run a very affordable and speedy service. If you want to make sure your film arrives here safely or you want to check its status please use a tracked delivery method. By using a tracked service you can check it arrived safely and use the date of arrival to confirm which deadline your order made it into (and calculate when you can expect it back). Please don't chase your film if it falls within our 4 week schedule. Unnecessary correspondence slows our small team down dramatically.
