Turnaround
We set a deadline every Tuesday at 1pm for processing/scanning. Make sure your film arrives before the deadline and make sure you include a completed scan spec sheet with correct information or you might have to wait a week longer than you should.
If you want to make sure your film arrived safely please use a tracked delivery method because we no longer catalogue orders on arrival and we do not send you a message to confirm your parcel arrived. Instead we catalogue them when we load the processor or scanner. During busy periods there can be a period of 'blackout' for up to 2 weeks. Cataloguing the film at the processor/scanner stage is much more important for technical reasons and saves us doing the same job twice. This system saves us valuable time and helps keep admin costs down which makes our services cheaper for you so please work with us by sending your films tracked.

Please resist the temptation to chase your film for updates and only contact us if your film falls outside of the turnaround threshold. Fielding these emails and checking individual orders has really become a problem in recent years as the lab has become more popular. The accumulative volume of these emails slows turnaround down a lot.

When we are extremely busy we temporarily suspend rush services and 'scan only' services in order to catch up with the workload. We monitor the turnaround situation the best we can and as soon as we think we are going to gain/drop a week we update it below. Our current estimates are as follows:

Holiday Notification
We are closed from the 21st of December and will reopen on the 6th of January. Please consider how this will impact your turnaround as we will not be processing or scanning durring this period.
