Holiday Notification
As usual we will be semi-open over Christmas but we wont be processing or scanning film from the 19th of December until the 9th of January. Please consider how this will impact your turnaround. Feel free to send your films over the Christmas period. We will receive them as usual. New orders can also be placed on the website and we will dispatch them when Royal Mail collections allow. We set a deadline every Tuesday at 1pm for processing/scanning. We open all the mail that has arrived over the last week and place film in the relevant processing or scanning areas. Make sure your film arrives before the deadline and make sure you include a scan spec sheet with your order number or you might have to wait a week longer than you should. This also applies to customers that have paid for a rush service.
If you want to make sure your film arrived safely please use a tracked delivery method because we no longer catalogue orders on arrival and we do not send you a message to confirm your parcel arrived. Instead we catalogue them when we load the processor or scanner. So there is a period of 'blackout' when the film is uncatalogued. Cataloguing the film at the processor/scanner stage is much more important for technical reasons and saves us doing the same job twice. This system saves us valuable time and helps keep admin costs down so please work with us by sending your films tracked.

Being affordable means we are always extremely busy and we always have a lot of customer film here so please resist the temptation to chase your film. Fielding emails and checking individual orders really does slow us down. If possible, only contact us if your film falls outside of the turnaround threshold. Our current estimated turnaround times are as follows:
