New Telecine Options

This is something I've been meaning to update for a while. Now we have a budget unedited AVI service and a wealthy BMP + H.264 option. All the services have been added to the reversal film+process+telecine deals as well so please make yourself familiar with the changes so you know what you're getting. Here is a quick breakdown of the four services you can choose from:

Telecine AVI Unedited: These are AVI video files with no post editing. They are what come out of our telecine machine. You will need to do colour correction, speed changes, mask addition to hide the sprocket and trans-coding if exporting to the web or editing on a mac. The budget option if you know your way around the post production workflow!

Telecine H.264 Edited: With this option we provide you with a fully corrected version of your film (speed, colour, mask) which has been trans-coded to the H.264 codec. This is perfect for archival, editing and the web.

Still Image Sequence BMP Unedited: You will receive a numbered image sequences in the BMP format. Every frame of film is captured as an individual digital still frame numbered sequentially in a folder. These sequences hold 20x more information than the telecine options which means the quality is much higher. You will need to make a video file from the stills, do colour correction, speed changes, mask addition and trans-coding. This option is the best way to go if you need high quality video but know your way around the post production workflow!

Still Image Sequence BMP Unedited & H.264 Edited: Exactly the same as the unedited version but with the addition of a high quality H.264 video file we build out of the BMP Still Image Sequence. With this option we provide you with both the raw BMP archival files and a fully corrected (speed, colour, mask) video file.
